Kaizen Media was founded by Dan & Jay Bradley in 2011, initially as a radio consultancy focused on programming strategy and execution. Since that time Kaizen has evolved with interests in radio, music, production & talent management.


Founder and Executive Director of Kaizen Media, Dan Bradley, has an impressive track record as a successful and senior programming executive in the Australian radio industry. 

In April 2019, Dan joined the iconic Triple M Melbourne as Content Director. Prior to joining Triple M:

  • Programmed 102.9 Hot Tomato on the Gold Coast. The station was #1 for six of the seven official GFK surveys during his tenure as Content Director;

  • Programmed the famous alternative formatted Radio Hauraki in New Zealand;

  • Was one of the two foundation programmers responsible for the development and launch of the Nova FM network in Australia's five major metropolitan markets.

  • Launched, and held direct programming responsibility, from 2000 to 2006, for Nova 100 Melbourne which achieved the #1 ranked position in it's second survey in that market, before moving into a national group programming role across Nova Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth and Star 104.5 Central Coast.

Prior to Nova Entertainment Dan spent 8 years with the (Southern Cross) Austereo network, at Triple M Melbourne, Triple M Brisbane, Fox FM Melbourne and FM104.7 Canberra.

Dan has programmed or consulted to most radio formats; CHR, Rock, Alternative, Talk, Sport, Oldies, Hot AC and Classic Hits, both in Australia and internationally. His background as a successful Group Programmer in the largest and most competitive markets in Australia (metropolitan and regional) has earned a wealth of experience.

Dan is a non-executive director of Laneway Music, Purple Wax & Active Instore.
